I think this means if you have a challenge you dont give up if your failing you keep going even though its hard for you

I think this means that even if the man is pretending to be tuff or brave you just wont be able to actually see if he is until he does something brave such as fight in a war or battle and other things. You would want to know if he is going to run from the battle or fight in it.

I think this means that if someone says something, they need details to back it up, or you shouldnt belive it. For example, if a lawyer says" My Client is not guilty! Dont press charges"! The lawyer didnt give proof that he is guilty.

He is making sacrifices for others and the best choices to make his situation better. I agree with this quote because in real life and in the book used in class, ''Between a rock and a hard place'', is about when the person is in a hard situation, you know their strenght and weaknesses.

This quote means that a real man is not a man that has power or a person who is wealthy or who owns what other people can't and who does not work hard. A man is a person who works hard what what they want and a person who takes responsibility for their acts and who fight for a right cause and I agree with this quote because for example the fact that Bill Gates is one of the richest people in the world does not make him a man and for example Barack Obama will be considered as a man for working as hard as he could to become president and winning even though his grandmother died.

I believe that this means you should not be defined by how you handle things in moments of comfort and convenience but by how you handle a situation when things go wrong.I believe that if you can handle a situation while under a stressful task it says alot about you.You should be able to stay calm and cooperate with the problem.

I think that this quote means that you shouldn't only look at a man by how he may act when things are good, but you should also look at him by the way he acts when circumstances are bad. For example: if someone had a job and everything was great, they were able to take their family on vacations, out to eat etc, then they suddenly lost their job and left their family because he/she thought that they couldn't provide for them anymore.

My opinion of this article is that its not where a mean stand when everything is easy and there are no problems but when he stands there when things are hard and there struggles he does not give up he keeps on going no matter what and i agree with this article.

I think this quote means that if you tried hard at something and failed it is better to know that you tried in the first place. For an example if you run a race and don't win,it's much better than if you had decided not to run the race at all.
